Selections are based on eligibility, available funding, and an applicant’s demonstrated commitment to living and engaging in the Enid community.

Do I have to live in Enid to apply?2026-06-10T18:45:32-05:00

No. In fact, preference is given to applicants who are not currently living in the Enid area and are willing to relocate.

How much money can I receive?2026-06-10T18:45:32-05:00

Eligible applicants can receive up to $10,000, paid in quarterly installments of $1,000 over a 2.5-year period.

What types of degrees or certifications qualify?2026-06-10T18:45:32-05:00

Applicants must have completed:

  • A four-year college or university degree
  • A two-year community college degree
  • Or a certificate from a trade or technical program
Do I need to already have a job in Enid to apply?2026-06-10T18:45:32-05:00

No. However, if selected, you must secure:

  • Employment with an Enid-area employer, or
  • A full-time remote professional position
    within 120 days.
What happens if I move away or leave my job?2026-06-10T18:45:32-05:00

If you leave your job or relocate outside of Enid during the award period, you will forfeit any remaining payments.

No. Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis, depending on available funding.
