After you’ve reviewed the opportunities and determined which grant best fits your project, call us at 580.233.4232 to set up a meeting.

4. Provide Supporting Documents

ERDA staff will review your application. You will receive additional instructions and a list of any required supporting documents within two business days.

5. Board Review
6. Receive Notification

Completed applications and documentation are presented to the ERDA Board of Directors at the next regular board meeting. Applicants are notified of the decision the next business day.

7. Sign Grant Agreement
8. Begin Your Project

ERDA staff will review project requirements, deadlines, and reimbursement procedures. Once the grant agreement is signed, project purchases and work may begin.

9. Submit Paid Receipts
10. Receive Reimbursement

Provide paid receipts for eligible expenses and a check will be mailed to the business from Bill.com or with an ACH deposit into your business bank account.
