KOCH FERTILIZER GIVES UPDATE
Enid Rotary Club heard an update on the Koch Fertilizer plant expansion Monday. Among the expansion components is infrastructure to process water discharged from the city’s wastewater treatment plant, Koch Fertilizer Plant Manager Marc Hoss said. Restaurant 5 de Mayo, 221 W. Randolph, received a face lift thanks to a Main Street Enid program.
