Enid City Commission approved plans for a downtown hotel during a special meeting Tuesday. A.J.'s Eats and Sweets will be holding its grand opening Thursday with half-priced drinks. Drinks include cappuccino, frappes, lattes and iced coffees, owner Autium Carter said. El Patio Mexican Grill & Cantina opened in Enid last week.
