A building permit has been obtained for a Casey's General Store, city of Enid planning department officials confirmed Tuesday. The permit, obtained by Casey's Marketing Co. on Sept. 27, is for a $2.75 million new commercial business at 206 N. Oakwood. A $1.3 billion expansion at the Koch Fertilizer plant is nearing completion. St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center named a new chief executive officer Tuesday to replace outgoing CEO Stan Tatum.
