Casey’s General Store Coming to Enid

A building permit has been obtained for a Casey's General Store, city of Enid planning department officials confirmed Tuesday. The permit, obtained by Casey's Marketing Co. on Sept. 27, is for a $2.75 million new commercial business at 206 N. Oakwood. The location is near a Holding's Food Store, Daylight Donuts and Security National Bank branch. Calls made to Casey's General Store officials Tuesday were not immediately returned. Koch Expansion Nears Completion

A $1.3 billion expansion at the Koch Fertilizer plant is nearing completion. New CEO named at St. Mary’s

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center named a new chief executive officer Tuesday to replace outgoing CEO Stan Tatum. The hospital's board of governors named Krista Roberts to succeed Tatum, who is retiring from St. Mary’s after having served as CEO since 2010. The Enid Public Schools intergenerational pre-kindergarten class at The Commons garnered some international attention Wednesday, with an observer traveling from Britain to take home lessons from the program.
