ERDA is committed to supporting women entrepreneurs across Northwest Oklahoma. Through events like the annual Women in Business Summit and ongoing lunch-and-learn opportunities, ERDA provides resources, networking, and encouragement to help women grow and thrive in business.

To expand these efforts, ERDA partners with the REI Women’s Business Center (WBC), which offers specialized support including quality business training, one-on-one counseling, access to capital, referrals, and technical assistance. Since opening its doors 20 years ago, REI WBC has served more than 30,000 entrepreneurs.

Together, ERDA and REI WBC create opportunities for women to learn, connect, and succeed.
