The Enid Women in Business Summit brings together women from across Northwest Oklahoma for a day of connection, professional development and inspiration. Through interactive sessions, practical tools and powerful conversations, attendees will discover how their unique strengths and perspectives can shape the way they lead—in business and in life.

About Tiffany McKnight
Tiffany McKnight is an Oklahoma City-based multidisciplinary artist, public art consultant, entrepreneur, and public speaker.
With more than a decade of experience creating public art, leading creative initiatives, and building community partnerships, she helps audiences explore creativity, entrepreneurship, authentic connection, and practical strategies for collaboration, navigating uncertainty, and turning ideas into action.
As the founder of People by People (PXP), McKnight is dedicated to strengthening Oklahoma’s creative community through professional development, collaboration, and public art.
She has served as a panelist for the Black Creativity Panel during Juneteenth on the East, Women in the Arts at Sunny Dayz Mural Festival, and the Women Lead OK Trailblazer Series.
She has also mentored emerging artists through Arts Council Oklahoma City’s Fresh Paint initiative, judged the Oklahoma City Thunder Black Heritage Creative Contest, consulted with the Oklahoma Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs, and is an active member of VEST, a statewide network that supports women entrepreneurs.
Through her work, McKnight invites audiences to see creativity not just as artistic expression, but as a tool for leadership, resilience, and meaningful community impact.
