The Small Business Renovation Grant helps small businesses invest in the improvement, expansion, or redesign of their commercial spaces by offsetting renovation and repair costs. Eligible businesses may receive 50% reimbursement of renovation costs, up to $10,000.

What Can the Grant be used for?

  • Renovation or repair of owned or leased commercial spaces
  • Expansion or redesign of retail, office, or industrial spaces
  • Improvements that enhance business operations, customer experience, or functionality

Who Qualifies?

To be eligible, businesses must:

  • Have 25 or fewer full-time employees (FTE)
  • Be operating in or planning to operate in the commercial space being renovated
  • Use the space for commercial, retail, or industrial purposes
